Why choosing is confusing
The Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon (大峡谷) and the Glass Bridge (玻璃桥) are at the same scenic area but sold as separate or combined tickets. Line A (A线) is canyon-only. Line B (B线) includes both the canyon hike and the glass bridge. There is also a B-line + activity package that adds 5 of 7 adventure activities (zipline, cliff swing, etc.). The Glass Bridge is the main attraction — it is 430 m long and 300 m above the canyon floor.

Is the glass bridge safe?+
Yes. It is engineered to hold heavy loads and has been operating since 2016 with an excellent safety record. The glass is multi-layered and regularly inspected.
How long is the canyon hike?+
The full Line B canyon descent takes about 1.5–2 hours after crossing the bridge. It is mostly downhill with stairs. Wear comfortable shoes.
Can I do the Glass Bridge and the Forest Park on the same day?+
Technically possible but very rushed. The Grand Canyon is 40 min from Wulingyuan and the Forest Park is a full day itself. We recommend separate days.
