- The Li River cruise departs from Zhujiang Wharf in Guilin and arrives in Yangshuo — allow a full half day.
- In Yangshuo, rent a bicycle (¥20–30/day) or electric scooter (¥50–80/day) to explore the countryside.
- Didi and taxis are available in Guilin and Yangshuo. Negotiate taxi prices for longer trips (e.g., to the rice terraces).
- For Longji Rice Terraces, buses depart from Guilin (about 2 hours). You can also arrange private transfers.
3–4 days is ideal. 2 days covers Guilin city and a Li River cruise to Yangshuo. Add day 3 for Yangshuo countryside cycling. Day 4 for Longji Rice Terraces.
